What is included in the service?

The service includes the preparation of all documents, notarial certification and the submission of the documents to the relevant Commercial Register Office.

What are your costs?

If you make several adjustments, you will only be charged the highest price once. For example, if you want to change the company address and the purpose of your sole proprietorship, you will pay only CHF 150.
